Possible Questions for Interview

If you're writing a biography, here are some questions you could ask; these are a good start.
Name of Interviewee

What is your relationship to the subject?

What are the first words that come to mind about this person?

How long have you known him/her?

How did you meet?

What were your first impressions?

What are your earliest memories of my subject?

What do you think were the most important moments in my subject’s life?

What were his/her biggest challenges?

What were his/her biggest disappointments?

What were his/her biggest successes?

What are the most important aspects of my subject’s life? Why?

What stories do you have about my subject?

How has my subject changed in the time you have known him/her?

What adventures has my subject had?

What are my subject’s favorite places or things to do? Why?

What regrets do you think my subject has?
